　福岡市交通局では、保守作業で使用する大型保守用機械の調達を計画しております。この度、仕様書案が完成しましたので、これに対する意見を招請いたします。

４　資料の提供方法
　（１）資料の提供方法
　　資料の提供にあたっては、以下の条件を満たす事業者かつ受注意欲のある事業者に対し　　て提供するものとする。なお、受注意欲のある事業者は上記連絡先に連絡すること。
　　　①競争入札参加資格を有すること。
　　　②電力化された地下鉄区間を運行する鉄道事業者に納入実績を有すること
　（２）資料の提供方法
　　基本仕様書は、電子データを送付することによる。資料の取扱には十分注意すること。

５　その他
　（１）使用する言語は、日本語とする。
　（２）時間は、日本標準時（UTC+9）を使用する。
　（３）本仕様書を提供する事業者には、見積を依頼することがある。
　（４）仕様書案については、一部変更する場合がある。

 

 

　Fukuoka City Transportation Bureau plans to procure a large machine for maintenance work. A draft of the technical specifications is now complete and the Bureau is asking for comments on the details of this draft.

4.    Provision of the draft
　(1)  Conditions of provision
　(2)  The draft will be provided to business operators on condition that the following

requirements are met and that they are willing to accept the order once chosen through

the bidding process. Such operators should contact the phone number or email address

listed above. 
　　①  The business operator must be eligible to participate in competitive bidding.
　　②  The business operator must have a record of delivering their products to railway companies that operate an electrified subway network. 
　(3)  Method of provision
　　The draft is sent by email. Extra care must be taken of the draft.
