Station counters of all subway lines (35 stations, 41 counters) and Call Center (Japanfs first subway foreign language call center). |

Telephone interpretation in English, Korean, and Chinese. |

a. At the station counter: the customer and station staff are able to communicate through an interpreter over the phone, by passing the receiver back and forth. This service is free of charge.
b. By calling the call center: the customer and station staff are able to communicate through an interpreter, using a three-way conference call. |

PURCHASING A TICKET

| How to use the ticket machine |

To find the fare to your destination, check the fare chart posted near the ticket machine.(child fare is half the adult fare, Please refer to this page). |

Press for English display. Insert coins or \1,000 notes into the machine slot . The fare buttons will light up. None of the machines accepts \1 and \5 coins. |

Press the desired fare button (if you are using the JR Chikuhi Line or Nishitetsu Kaizuka Line, press the corresponding line button before pressing the fare button ). To purchase a child ticket or discount ticket for handicapped person, press the child button or discount button for handicapped person before pressing the fare button . |

Collect your ticket and change from the tray. |
If your purchase a wrong ticket by mistake, simply insert the ticket into the refund slot . Your money will be returned. |
ENTERING THE AUTOMATIC TICKET GATE


Insert you ticket into any gate displaying a "

" mark above it. The ticket will be checked automatically as it passes through the machine and the gate will open. Don't forget to take your ticket when you walk through the gate.
First, look for the information board in the concourse or platform to confirm the destination of your train. Trains going to Fukuokakuko and Kaizuka leave from the same platform at all stations between Meinohama and Tenjin, so be careful not to get on the wrong train. The train's destination is also displayed on the train itself.
There are timetable boards at the platform.
The name of the next station and transfer points are announced in English on the train.
